1. Who we are

ManiTap ("the Service") is operated by Gamma Holdings ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What ManiTap is — and is not

ManiTap provides guided focus and mindset routines inspired by EFT-style tapping, together with generated audio frequencies and personalized program scripts. ManiTap is a wellness and performance ritual. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. No specific outcome — emotional, professional, or financial — is promised or guaranteed. If you are experiencing a health or mental-health issue, consult a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest (data stays on your device/account session) or create an account with Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans: Monthly (with a 7-day free trial), Annual, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Money-back guarantee: within 14 days of your first purchase, contact us for a full refund. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Your content and data

Your intake answers, generated programs, and session history belong to you. You can export your data from Settings at any time and may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We use your intake answers to generate your programs (see the Privacy Policy for details).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering paid features, reselling generated content as a competing service, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, scripts, and audio engine, is owned by us or our licensors. Programs generated for you are licensed to you for personal use.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
